This site is a part of the Century America Digital Humanities Project, which seeks to look at the life of students and communities surrounding public liberal arts colleges across the United States during the period of the First World War. It is the product of a distance learning course through COPLAC and The Teagle Foundation and was created by Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts student Alisia True under the guidance of Dr. Jeffrey McClurken from the University of Mary Washington and Dr. Ellen Holmes Pearson from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
